Employee Anniversary Gifts
Happy Zep-Versary!
For my onboarding project after starting at Zeplin as a brand designer, I was assigned to think up ideas for anniversary gifts for the first 5 years of an employee’s tenure at the company. Collaborating with Zeplin’s Design Crew and the company CEO, we brainstormed on theme ideas and gift items employees would be excited about, rather than typical company swag.
Each theme was chosen as a time or event a person could look forward to, and each item was meant to be as useful as possible, and not only a decoration piece. The items were designed to embody the Zeplin brand, and vendors were specifically chosen based on product quality.
